One person taken to hospital
One person has been taken to hospital after a road traffic collision in Richmond Hill.
The area remains closed until about midday for police to conduct an accident investigation on the scene.
Sergeant Andrew Reed told Manx Radio two vehicles are involved and one person injured in the junction of New Castletown Road and Mount Murray.
He added the roads could open sooner if investigations are wrapped up early.
Motorists are advised to use St Marks or Old Castletown Road to avoid Richmond Hill.
