Popular treasure hunt postponed after MGP changes
The postponement of the Manx Grand Prix newcomers' race has had a knock-on effect on a popular fundraising treasure hunt.
The Ride Around Challenge was scheduled to take place today, but has been moved to Thursday instead.
Roads around the TT Course are set to be closed until 5pm, so the race and further practising for the MGP can take place.
Visiting marshal Peter Giles is the organiser of the Ride Around Challenge.
He spoke to Manx Radio about the event, which raises money for the MGP Supporters' Club's helicopter and injured riders fund:
Signing on is at Peel campsite between 9am and 10am on Thursday, with the challenge due to finish on Laxey seafront no later than 3pm.
