Island heading in right direction says Chief Minister
Pensioners’ income is rising at a faster rate than those of working families – but it doesn’t necessarily mean they have a greater income.
So says the Chief Minister after the local position was compared to the situation in the UK.
The Resolution Foundation found pensioner households in the UK to be around £20 a week better off than the average working age household.
