The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is warning wildfires are possible over the next week.
More warm and dry weather is forecast with could affect the Island's vegetation in upland areas, forests, and glens.
DEFA is asking people to refrain from lighting barbecues, camp stoves, or campfires in those areas.
It's also requesting residents to dispose of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and litter properly and be mindful of vehicle exhausts near dry vegetation.
