Parents in the Isle of Man are being urged to talk their children about the risks of a drinking game sweeping the globe.
Neknomination is a social media drinking stunt where people are challenged to down an alcoholic drink in one go within 24 hours.
They then post a video of themselves completing the challenge, or if they refuse they are subject to online ridicule.
At the weekend 29 year old Stephen Brooks from Wales died after allegedly taking part in the game.
He's understood to be the fourth person in England and Ireland to die after being "neknominated".
Clinical Psychologist Dr Fiona McPherson believes people are following the craze to shock and avoid social humiliation.
She says parents need to be honest about the dangers of getting involved.
