
The Director of Highways is reassuring motorists that disruption caused by this weekend's closure of Braddan Bridge will be kept to a minimum.
Bruce Hannay says it would be too dangerous to allow traffic through while essential resurfacing work is being undertaken.
Braddan Bridge will be closed from 9.30am tomorrow , and it's hoped it will reopen by first thing on Monday, although that is subject to the weather over the weekend.
