Police still working at site of fatal racing incident
A road closure put in place following a fatal racing incident on the Southern 100 course has been extended.
The Department of Infrastructure has given permission for the Castletown Bypass to stay closed until 6pm.
Two men - a rider and a marshal - were killed during last night's practice session.
The road remains shut between Malew Road and Ballakaighen Corner.
Motorists are being diverted via Ballasalla.
The 2023 Southern 100 meeting has been cancelled today as a result of the incident.
