Decisions are due to be made this morning (Wednesday) on whether to reopen a number of roads, which have been closed for more than two days due to icy conditions.
Police will review the situation in relation to the Tholt-y-Will, West Baldwin and Druidale roads.
The Mountain Road reopened from 2pm yesterday, when it was deemed passable with care.
It had been closed to traffic for 48 hours.
Officers said gritting had only eased the situation a little, and the decision to close the route had been made on safety grounds.
