Commissioners say it's cost £250K to build
Braddan Commissioners will open the access road to The Roundhouse tomorrow afternoon (20 December).
It's been the subject of an ongoing dispute between the local authority and the Department of Health and Social Care.
The department issued a 28-day notice earlier in the year to prevent visitors to the site using hospital roads and threatened to install a barrier at The Roundhouse.
You can find out more HERE.
The access has cost the local authority around £250,000 to build and the commissioners have said it shouldn't 'affect' next year's rates as the majority of the road will be paid for by the sale of its former offices.
