Police appeal for people to only travel if essential
Emergency services have been dealing with a number of road traffic collisions around the Island this morning.
The Isle of Man Constabulary has confirmed the RTC scenes at Jurby, Ballaugh, Ballabeg, Patrick Village and Ballawattleworth (Peel) are now all clear, however the roads are still icy despite having been gritted again.
They are appealing for people to only travel if essential, as the weather conditions are expected to worsen through the day.
Yellow weather warnings are currently in place for wintry showers, frost and ice until 3pm.
The road from Cross Four-Ways (Ballasalla) to Ballabeg junction will remain closed until further notice.
