There has been a multiple-vehicle accident in Ballasalla.
It happened in the past few minutes (1pm, Friday) at the Total garage near the airport.
Police are advising motorists to stay away from the area.
Meanwhile, the Mountain Road was closed again this morning after what police described as a serious accident.
It happened by the Mountain Box at around 8.15am and involved a single motorcycle.
Police say the road will be closed until 3pm.
On Manx Radio TT this morning Inspector Mark Britton said there had already been several accidents.
He reminded bikers road markings must still be obeyed, irrespective of the one-way system on the mountain section of the course:
