
With budgets tightening, we're being asked to get used to having poorer quality roads on the Isle of Man.
The problem has been compounded by last winter's freezing weather, which caused so much damage to the network.
The Infrastructure Minister says the money simply isn't there to carry out all the maintenance and repairs that are needed:
