Administration protecting own structure
While some MHKs have offered support but picked up on some areas in the Budget debate, East Douglas member Chris Robertshaw was far more scathing.
He said it could be split into two distinct halves: the outward-facing part, concerning the Manx public, was a 'tour de force'.
But the inward-looking part, covering inner workings of government, worried him and smacks of an administration protecting its structure.
He says it's important to look deeper than the headline grabbing announcements:-
