Treasury minister previously branded them "absolute madness"
Chris Robertshaw has hit back at the treasury minister, as part of an ongoing debate ahead of a Tynwald motion next week.
Earlier this week, we heard the Douglas East MHK explain his proposal to allow those earning below the living wage to keep more of their own money, through national insurance rebates.
Treasury Minister Alf Cannan responded, by branding the idea as "absolute madness".
But, speaking to Tim Glover, Mr Robertshaw took issue with several of the things said:
