Laxey Promenade has new lights.
The ten environmentally friendly lamps, in an old-fashioned style, illuminate the new promenade walkway.
It's the result of work split between the Department of Transport and the local commissioners, at a total cost of around £180,000.
The turning on ceremony was performed by Garff MHK, Steve Rodan (pictured):
