System was due back in operation on Monday evening
The Instrument Landing System at Ronaldsway Airport was scheduled to go back into operation last night.
Work which has been taking place on the system over the past month has caused flight cancellations and numerous delays when coinciding with poor weather conditions and low visibility.
The airport says 'successful flight calibration checks which were completed last week as well as commissioning and site acceptance over the weekend. An approval has been received from the Isle of Man Civil Aviation Administration.'
