Hopes to develop nature around Ramsey Hairpin
There are plans to develop a Hairpin Woodland Park just outside of Ramsey in the hopes it will benefit future generations 'for years to come'.
The project is a partnership of the Manx Wildlife Trust and the Rotary Club of Douglas, which celebrates its 100th Anniversary this year.
Through its registered charity, approximately £30,000 is distributed to deserving causes on the island annually, and the woodland project is the biggest it has supported financially.
