Chair Andrew Jessopp says there's a 'bad taste' after dispute with DHSC
The chair of Braddan Commissioners has confirmed the access road into The Roundhouse should be open by Christmas.
Andrew Jessopp says there's a 'bad taste' in his mouth about the opening after the long running dispute between the Department of Health and Social Care and the local authority.
The authority believes it shouldn't 'affect' next years rates as the majority of the road will be paid for by the sale of its former offices.
Mr Jessopp says he hopes the commissioners can come up with an agreement with the next health minister.
