5 hour training session on Thursday
Routine GP appointments will not be available for five hours next Thursday.
Clinical and administrative staff from all practices are taking part in a training session between 1pm and 6pm.
Manx Care says the ‘essential’ training will help staff deliver ‘the best possible service’.
MEDS will operate from 1pm on 27 April to provide urgent care; anyone needing to make a doctor’s appointment, request test results or order repeat prescriptions is asked to wait until Friday.
