Lines of enquiry being pursued
A probe into the safety of the Snaefell Mountain Railway is making progress, according to the Department of the Environment, Food and Agriculture.
A brief statement says they've made a 'number of lines of enquiry' following an incident in August.
Concerns were raised when a tram lost control on the track after a braking failure.
A reduced speed limit was then introduced whilst safety bosses examined the cause.
DEFA says no further comment will be made as the investigation is still ongoing.
