The trust celebrated a decade this week
Members of Rushen Heritage Trust celebrated a decade in the community last night (25 July).
Founded in 2014, the organisation works to preserve the history of the south of the Island and present it to the public through the various exhibitions it puts on during the year.
Topics they've focussed on include the Rushen Internment Camp, Milner's Tower and the Port Erin Marine Laboratory.
Chairman of the trust, Robert Graham told Manx Radio they play a vital role on the Island:
Hugh Davidson co-founded the organisation with his wife Sandra in 2014.
He told Manx Radio they wanted to preserve and document the history in the south of the Island:
