Afternoon Liverpool sailing to depart this morning
This afternoon's Steam Packet sailings have been brought forward due to a rapid deterioration in weather conditions.
The Ben-my-Chree sailing back from Heysham, orginally scheduled for 2:15pm, will now return at 1:30pm.
Meanwhile the 3pm Manannan sailing to Liverpool will now depart even earlier at 11am this morning.
Passengers are asked to check in no later than 10:30am.
The evening sailing to Heysham is also subject to possible disruption or cancellation due to the weather conditions.
Winds are expected to reach strong to gale by the end of the day.
The master of the Ben my Chree will make a final decision by 5:30pm.
