Sailings could be disrupted or cancelled over the next two days due to forecast adverse weather.
The Steam Packet is warning that the Ben-my-Chree crossing to Heysham at 7.45pm tomorrow (11 January) could be at risk.
The return journey at 2.15am on Friday morning could also be cancelled.
A final decision will be made by 5.30pm on Thursday.
