Manx stage star Samantha Barks is looking forward to performing in front of a home audience next year.
The award-winning musical Cabaret, starring the Laxey teenager and Wayne Sleep, will visit the Isle of Man for a fortnight in March, as part of a tour of the United Kingdom.
Speaking to Bob Harrison, as she prepared for tonight’s opening night in Nottingham, Sam said she was thrilled to be coming home. She told him: "I'm so, so excited. When people who I know come to see me it's just so fantastic, to show them what I've been doing, and to come over to the Isle of Man where all my friends and family are is just going to be fantastic."
