Samantha Barks has been honoured by an international film magazine.
Sam, 22, from Laxey was presented with the Best Newcomer trophy from Empire Magazine after a public vote.
She was nominated for her performance in Les Miserables and picked up her prize at a glittering ceremony in the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Sunday.
Sam was obviously thrilled with the award:
