Local volunteer discusses challenges of festive period
Samaritans take as many calls, if not more, over the festive period.
That's from local volunteer Leslie Moughtin, who has been taking calls for six years.
The service operates 24 hours a day all year round, offering support for those dealing with a range of issues.
