Volunteers sought
Do you think you could help someone in a time of need, when they required vital support?
If so, drop-in sessions organised by the Samaritans begin later this week.
The charity is looking to recruit more volunteers, with those who go along being able to speak to some people who already do their bit.
This week's sessions are at the Samaritans' office at Victoria Place in Douglas on Thursday and Saturday, starting at 7pm and 2pm respectively.
Further ones are being held in Castletown, Port Erin, Peel and Ramsey next week.
