The Manx Executive Challenge launches this evening at an event at the Mount Murray Hotel.
The competition pits teams of managers against each other as they try to tackle a problem on the Island with detailed plans.
As well as being fun, it's also designed to help train participants to become better managers, strengthening the Island's workforce.
One of the organisers, Ann Clayton, says the competition is in a constant state of evolution and improvement:
Campaigners against offshore windfarm proposals hit out at 'undemocratic' process
Visitors told to prepare for new ETA rules
Crews respond to shed fire in Greeba
Is 'inter-generational home sharing' the solution to the loneliness epidemic and housing crisis?
'Writing under pressure is a skill I certainly have now', says Manx Bard
