Spitting in a cup could mean you saving a life this week.
That's the message from the Anthony Nolan Trust, as it urges Manx volunteers to come forward as potential stem cell donors.
The charity is running a drop-in testing clinic at University College Isle of Man tomorrow (Wed) and Thursday, for residents aged 16-30.
Local musician Chris Kelly, who's brother is in need of a life-saving donor to treat his rare form of leukaemia, explains it's as simple as providing a saliva sample:
