
Paramedic David Scambler is celebrating this morning after topping the polls in Onchan.
Yesterday, the district went to the polls to elect one board member – in all 15 per cent of the electorate cast their vote.
Mr Scambler came first with 486 votes, followed by civil servant Marc Mellor with 364 and retired office administrator James Corrin with 186.
