Inspector hopes more cyber crimes will be reported
Scammers are using different techniques to target different age groups.
Police say 'sexting' - or romance scams - have been targeted at younger residents recently.
Fraudsters are also targeting older members of the community by befriending them and being willing to help with technical issues such as computer problems.
The aim is to steal their financial details.
