Pupils to resort to online learning
A number of Island schools are asking students to stay home next week during planned strike action.
Members of the NASUWT teaching union are striking on Wednesday and Thursday (30 November - 1 December).
St Ninian's High School is asking years 7, 8, 9 and 10 to stay home on both days and access learning via Google Classrooms.
Year 11 are also asked to stay home, but still attend the Taster Session at UCM on Thursday morning.
Sixth form pupils are asked to come to class as usual.
The same rules also apply to students at Ramsey Grammar School and Ballakermeen High School in Douglas.
