Smaller, smarter government 'takes time'
Chief Minister Allan Bell says the scope of government report hasn't been dropped - and work goes on.
This morning in Tynwald he was asked by Michael MHK Alf Cannan about the report, which was produced in 2012.
It aimed to produce a smaller, simpler and more efficient government, but Mr Cannan claimed the work had stalled.
Mr Bell told him the job was still being done, but long-term change took time.
He assured Tynwald he was fully committed to reducing the scope of government in the Island:
