
A series of guiding principles to ensure the Manx government becomes smaller, simpler and less bureaucratic will be debated in Tywnald this week.
They've been drawn-up by the Council of Ministers in response to the Scope report, after a wide-ranging public consultation.
The authors of Scope said government should be drastically downsized and provide many fewer services directly to the public in future.
Committee chairman Robert Quayle says he's encouraged their key message has been taken on board.
