National Eye Health Week highlights the importance of eye care
Spending more time looking at screens won't harm your eyes, but it can make existing problems worse.
That's the message from a local optometrist on National Eye Health Week.
Some may have missed eye tests earlier this year when appointments had to be cancelled due to lockdown, while others may be concerned about the impact of spending more time online during the pandemic.
