The MSPCA has rescued almost 50 sea birds following an oil spill off the west coast of the Isle of Man.
Forty-eight guillemots were found coated in oil in Peel and Port Erin over the bank-holiday weekend.
Seven of those didn't survive, and eleven others were found dead on the shore.
Coastguards says it's unclear where the oil came from, but it could have been in the sea for some time.
MSPCA deputy manager Jenny Corran says the next challenge is to prepare the survivors for release back into the wild:

Consultation open on plans to formally recognise the heritage of Douglas Head
Police dealing with 'serious incident' in Ramsey
Drop-in session to support Isle of Man charities
Fundraiser to keep St John Ambulance emergency fleet on the road
