
Port Erin's former marine laboratory is to become the base for worldwide shipping magazine Sea Breezes.
Plans for the headquarters also include a hotel and facilities to cater for activity holidays, small business units and an extensive photograph and book library.
Hamish Ross believes the project is exciting and sustainable and, having taken over the editorship following the recent death of Captain Andrew Douglas, believes it’s a fitting project.
