Northern Dippers credit the opening of a new shelter
A local sea swimming group has praised the growth of the community in Ramsey.
In January 2025 a shelter was opened on South Beach which is used by the Northern Dippers and other members of the public.
Since then, a sauna and coffee van has started operating for the swimmers in the area.
Local businesses such as Unit Gym are also said to be offering services for those swimming, including accommodating a class for them
