Signs outside eateries warn of snatching gulls
Visitors to seaside cafes and food outlets on the Island may have noticed an increasing number of signs warning them to be on their guard for Seagulls.
So, are the gulls becoming more aggressive?
Graham Makepeace-Warne of the Manx Wildlife Trust says not, the birds are simply on the lookout for food as many of their natural sources have all but disappeared:
