Charities urge people to be more responsible
Everyone on the Isle of Man must do their bit to stop litter entering the marine environment.
That's the message from two charities which say the Island has a waste problem in Manx waters.
Shocking photographs of a seal trapped in heavy duty rope, at The Sound, have once again shone a spotlight on the blight of discarded litter.
