A high profile TT official says there's a need to encourage young people in the Isle of Man to become marshals for the event.
TT Development Officer Paul Phillips says plans to encourage new volunteers to come forward will be revealed in the New Year.
He says the focus will be on rewarding and recognising the important role marshals play, although there won't be any form of cash payment.
