Successful candidate will 'influence future of entire public service'
Efforts to recruit someone who can ‘influence the future of the entire public service’ have started.
The Isle of Man Government is searching for a new chief people officer to lead the Office of Human Resources.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of between £117,000 and £129,000 a year.
They’ll be expected to lead people, shape policy and ‘drive public service excellence’ across departments, boards and offices.
They’ll also serve as the principal advisor on HR matters to the Council of Ministers, the Public Services Commission, the chief executive officer and chief officers.
Julie Bradley, who currently leads the OHR, is retiring in June after 30 years of public service.
