Manx Care says it's due to an increase in cases of the bug
A second ward at Noble's Hospital has been closed to visitors to due to norovirus.
Manx Care says visiting has been suspended at Ward 8 due to a further increase in cases of the illness.
Ward 6 also remains closed to visitors.
Relatives of patients are encouraged to contact the ward during visiting hours to receive updates from staff on their loved ones.
The healthcare provider says an update will be given as soon as the situation changes.
