Ramsey to Bungalow closed until Tuesday night
The Mountain Road is closed between Ramsey and the Bungalow today and tomorrow for maintenance work ahead of the TT races.
The Department of Infrastructure will be carrying out surface repairs, line painting, installing signage and more.
Meanwhile contractors hired by TT organisers will be installing race equipment such as safety barriers and signalling kit.
Access to the area of the Bungalow (Tram Station, Victory Cafe and Snaefell Summit Café) will be maintained from the Tholt-Y-Will throughout.
The section of road is due to reopen by 10pm tomorrow. (23 April).
The 2024 Isle of Man TT Races get underway in five weeks' time on 27 May.
