Ginger Hall to Glen Auldyn shutting from 9.30am
A section of the TT Course will close later for repair works ahead of this year's races.
From 9.30am, Lezayre Road will shut between the Ginger Hall and Glen Auldyn on the approach to Ramsey.
The closure will be in place 24 hours a day until no later than 3.30pm on Friday
The Department of Infrastructure says the areas needing to be repaired straddle the centre line of the road, meaning it couldn't complete the work without a closure.
Along with carriageway repairs, line marking and TT preparations including black and white kerb painting will be carried out.
Traffic including buses will be diverted along St Jude's Road, Jurby Road and Bowring Road.
