Locals interested in holidays but lack confidence to book, says travel operator
Self-isolating for two weeks after returning from holiday 'isn't feasible' for Manx residents looking to travel this year.
That's from an Island-based travel company which says there's an appetite for holidays, but locals aren't booking because of uncertainty over border restrictions.
UK booking have reportedly increased this week after the British government published it's roadmap out of lockdown.
But Jan Wozniak says the lack of a similar document for the Isle of Man means Manx tourists aren't confident enough to make plans:
Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital closure 'inconvenient' but 'significant issues' need to be fixed
Four local authorities looking for by-election candidates
Reinstatement of home births 'remains at top of agenda' for Manx Care
Weekend sailings at risk
Plans submitted for 85 new homes on former Buchan School site
