A man who tried to smuggle tobacco into the Island’s prison wasn't sentenced today (Tues) as scheduled.
The case of 53 year-old Graham Johnson, who admits the offence, was adjourned at Douglas Courthouse.
He’ll now appear before the Deputy High Bailiff a week today.
He is also due to be sentenced for arson after pleading guilty to causing more than £6,000 worth of damage after a fire at Grainagh Court in June.
