A 42-year-old man convicted of causing death by dangerous driving is being sentenced today (Thursday).
Stephen Darren Callow, of Ballabrooie Way in Douglas, was driving on Ballaquayle Road in September 2009 when he was involved in a collision in which motorcyclist Mark Penketh was killed.
Callow was bailed last month for the preparation of pre-sentencing reports.
