40-year-old admits possessing it with intent to supply
A Ballasalla man will be sentenced in September after admitting possessing heroin with intent to supply.
Jonathan Edward Myers, of Glashen Terrace, appeared at the Court of General Gaol Delivery at Douglas Courthouse via video link.
The 40-year-old entered a guilty plea to having the Class A drug in Ballasalla on 21 April.
There was no application for bail and he was further remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until he’s sentenced on 8 September.
Update:
At Douglas Courthouse on 8 September it was decided a Newton Hearing is required before Myers is sentenced. This will take place on 1 November.
