Media briefing called for this evening
Seven new cases of Covid-19 have been identified on the Isle of Man.
A positive test resulted in an overnight response from the contact tracing team who found an additional 6 cases.
A number of close contacts have been advised to self-isolate.
Government says ongoing investigations suggest a good understanding of the transmission chain and contact tracing will continue.
It's said at this stage there is no need for further action by the public.
People are being asked to be extra vigilant and the Chief Minister Howard Quayle will hold a media briefing at 6pm.
You'll be able to listen to that conference live on Manx Radio FM & AM 1368, watch live on our social media pages, and follow a live blog here.
